What Is Forest Therapy?
Also known as Shinrin-Yoku or forest bathing, forest therapy is a guided sensory walk followed by a series of mindfulness practices in nature designed to calm your nervous system and bring a sense of presence and connection. Each session is followed by tea and a 'check in', where I hold space for the therapeutic work of nature.
An Embodied Experience
Through gentle guidance, you’ll be offered simple invitations to notice, feel, and connect with your surroundings. No agenda, no thinking, no forcing - just bathing the senses and seeing what surfaces.
Backed By Science
Forest therapy is a recognised form of complementary and integrative medicine. I’m a certified Forest Therapy Practitioner with Light Box, a CMA-accredited course that bridges science, theory, and embodied practice.

Rooted in Respect
These walks honour both the land and your inner landscape. Whether we’re in the peaks or a city park, the aim is the same: to leave you feeling grounded, nourished, and deeply connected.
