Join me every second Friday of the month at Red Sky Yoga, Sale Moor, for a deeply restorative evening. We'll move through a 1-hour Yin Yoga practice, with restorative poses supported with cushions and props. We’ll then finish with a 30-minute guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra), where you simply lie down and relax while I talk you through a deeply restful meditation. My monthly trip back to the home town!

Grounded
In my classes, we leave our egos at the door. This isn’t about chasing poses and achieving aesthetics. My approach is rooted in curiosity, presence, and exploring what feels good to you. It’s about noting our ‘why’ (or ‘Sankalpa’ in Sanskrit) and using it to ignite our practice. Beyond the mat, I aim to keep every aspect of my classes and events as (often literally) down-to-earth as possible. No matching sets and protein shakes necessary - just simple spaces to show up as you are.
-
Inclusive
Everyone is welcome here. As a neurodiverse person myself, creating spaces where everyone is invited to show up as they are is very close to my heart. In class, every cue is an invitation, not an instruction. They’ll be invites to explore your body and meet your edge, with modifications to find out what works for you. While some events require higher levels of fitness, I strive to create different offerings to suit different people - that includes different lifestyles, budgets, bodies and brains!

Simple
We’ve made wellness so complicated, haven’t we? With so many strange hacks, strict regimes, and contradictory advice, trying to feel good can start to feel like a mind field. Add techy booking systems, apps, trackers and confusing subscriptions, and your mind can feel full before you even get to the mindfulness practice. Around here, we’re bringing it right back to the basics. Connection. Movement. Nature. Just simple, wholesome, practices that help you feel good.
